I remember when my little sisters were born. Now they are in high school and looking at colleges. I feel so old! I miss the days when they were tiny, watched cartoons with me, and were innocent. But now they are approaching adult hood and my recent trip home made me see the positive side of this. I am 18 months older than Aunt Stacey and we are very close. There is a huge age gap between me and my 2 youngest sisters so we always had a different kind of relationship than I have with my older sister. Not bad just different. Now that they are growing up I feel like we are getting closer in a new way and they feel more like close friends than kid sisters. I love this and although I wish they were still little girls who had never experienced anything bad… it’s nice to have 2 new best friends.
