She liked walking in the boots but was unsure of the rain coat.
Then I showed her the mermaid tail on the coat and she suddenly loved it.
I brought the matching umbrella on the walk but when we got outside I was afraid to give it to her because it was so big. Princess A did not agree and threw a fit. I decided to let her have it because it matched her ensemble.
She wanted no help from me.
Princess A came really close.
Then it fell and she decided to use it as a hat.
Then she decided that her umbrella was a dog and that it should walk behind her. I tried to show her the proper way to hold an umbrella but she got mad at me.
Princess A was so proud of herself and started to walk very fast.
I decided to let her do what she wanted because she was having so much fun at it was hilarious. Everyone who saw her started giggling at her and telling her what a big girl she was. She screamed “Hi” and walked on by.
I just love how determined she is.
She discovered that if you drag the umbrella along a street grate it makes fun sounds so she did this over and over again.
Even though you can’t see Princess A’s face in this picture it is one of my favorites because everyone else is just walking normally and she is walking as if dragging her umbrella is really normal. Please Princess A, never stop being you!
