STROLLING

Strolling

It was so much fun watching Princess A walk around the Central Park Zoo. Sometimes she was well-behaved and held our hands.

She went Thatta Way!

Then when we least expected it she would turn in the other direction and run away really fast.

I'm a Big Girl

Princess A prefered to walk on her own.

I'm Right Behind You!

The Husband Aaron walked right behind her so she felt independent but was still safe.

Circles

Mostly she just ran around in circles which made me dizzy just watching her.

New York City Skyline

I just loved looking at monkeys and then seeing the New York City skyline in the background. New York City is filled with juxtapositions like this. That’s why I love doing my Urban Flower posts. New York City is such a big city the last thing you would expect to see are tiny flowers but there are tons of them all around. Sadly, most New Yorkers miss them because they are small in comparison to things like The Empire State Building… but that doesn’t make them any less beautiful.

Stay Glamorous,

Alright, have to know… is the hat and coat get up your hubby’s signature style? A and her daddy look cute together.

When Lily first learned to walk and run she was all over the place. We ended up buying a “leash” to keep a hold on her… but she froze and started screaming every time we tried it on, so we just gave up and let her wear herself out. Now she stays pretty close ’cause she knows trouble is coming if she runs away.

Yes, it is his signature style. Whenever Princess A sees a man with a hat she screams, “Hat Dada.” it’s so cute that she thinks everyone with a hat is her Dad! We might try a leash. We have mixed feelings but in NYC even if you are careful you could get hit by a bad driver. Maybe if we use the leash she will do what Lily did and we won’t have to use one!

Most people don’t see the little things in life. Although these things are usually much more beautiful than the big and flashy things.

My Mom just got home a week ago from her first trip to your city. She said it was amazing and that everyone needs to go there at least once in their life. She was amazed by it (she comes from a small town of around 2000 people, New York was huge! LOL). My dream is to get there someday.

You will make it here if it is your dream! I am glad your mom enjoyed it!
