THE QUIET PART OF CENTRAL PARK

The Dakotas

I love visiting the north part of Central Park. It is a hidden gem. There are less tourists and I think it is more beautiful than the south part of the park. This is my favorite section because you can see the Dakota buildings, which is where John Lennon lived.

When I have some alone time I like to sneak away to the park and do nothing. Bliss!!!

This maybe be a stupid question, but is central park his really, really huge ? I’ve got that “stupid” dream of one day, walk around the entire central park…. Don’t know where that came from!:) And I would take a tons of pics, I adore nature!

It is huge. During the marathon they run around it lol. You could walk around it but it would probably take a full day but honestly it would be fun if you stopped at places like Strawberry Fields, Central Park Zoo, Harlem Meir, and other fun attractions. It’s about 50 city blocks long and I don’t know how wide but you could do it… I would just take breaks to see everything because the park has so much to offer and it would be more fun!
