DATE NIGHT ON THE HIGH LINE

The High Line

The Meat Packing District

Last week Grandpa H babysat so we could have a date night. We decided to go to the High Line Park which is an elevated public park walkway in Manhattan that was converted from old railroad tracks. We decided to take the entrance in the Meat Packing District.

This decision had nothing to do with the fact that the entrance is next to a Diane von Furstenberg store.

Old Train Tracks

The High Line is an amazing park and I really suggest it if you are visiting New York City. They kept the old train tracks which I think is really cool. The views of the city are worth the trip. I felt like I was in an urban tree house.

We decided to get a refreshment in the middle of our walk.

Even random alleys looked glamorous when we were walking on the High Line.

Me

I forgot my camera lens for closeup pictures so I was unable to get a good shot of the Husband and I. Luckily, The Husband took this cute picture of me with his phone.

We had an amazing date night and it was nice to take such a long walk together minus dog and baby.

What do you like to do on your date nights?

Stay Glamorous,

Shannon Sutherland
