Princess A and I were introduced to Tea Collection by Aunt Stacey. I am really lucky that my sister buys my daughter so many cute clothes because as a mom I am so busy I just buy from the same companies. It’s refreshing when I get a package from my sister Stacey with new clothes and it is even more amazing when she introduces me to new brands! Here is Princess A when she was about 7 months old wearing a cute outfit that her aunt bought her from Tea Collection. Now that it is spring Princess A is craving some new clothes… as if she needs any! Princess A loves the beach, nature, and animals of all kinds so I try to dress her this way. This season Tea Collection’s summer line is inspired by Bali. I haven’t been to Bali but I would love to go and I know Princess A would just adore it.

We can’t travel this summer but these clothes make us feel like we are on a beautiful secluded beach in Bali even though we are in crowded New York City. All the pieces above can be bought separately or as a 5 piece set which costs $109 which is a lot cheaper than a plane ticket. So until we can travel to Bali we will dress like we are on vacation there. Good thing Tea Collection also has women’s clothes!

Have any of you ever been to Bali? If so please tell me about it. I would love to hear your stories.

Stay Glamorous,

We travelled to Bali on Boxing Day last year with Master Emerson who was almost 10 months old. It’s a 5 hour direct flight from out home town of Adelaide (in South Australia, Australia).

We stayed in Nusa Dua at The Westin which is very nice and far away from Kuta (if all the rich Russians stay in Nusa Dua, you know it’s good).

The people are friendly and love babies so Master Emerson constantly had people stopping to play with him (he’s Eurasian so they’re fascinated by (semi)Western people). The shop assistants even carried him while we shopped and the waitresses even offered to so we could eat.

It’s not much of a shopping destination unless you like the knock off stuff from the markets. Being a 5’6″ and 123 pounds with an Asian build, i hardly found anything which i liked and fit me (I had to buy larges).

Dining wise, it was very cheap so we had seafood every night. Massages are very cheap too US29 for 1 hour so the hubby and I had half an hour each so Master Emerson wasn’t too cranky.

We’re definitely keen to head back again this year. Hubby has suggested Hawaii (so i can get my Prada bag) but definitely a recommended travel destination if you’re not too concerned about the travel time.

You make me want to go to Bali even more now! We can’t go on Boxing Day ever though because that is Freckles’ birthday!!!

Nawww. We can’t leave on the 24th of December as it’s Winston the Poodle’s birthday :)Plus it’s German Christmas to we have to celebrate with the in-laws (or out-laws as i like to call them).

All your pictures of New York make me want to go back. We celebrated NYE there in 2005 and it was a blast waiting in the cold for the ball to drop. Not sure if Master Emerson can handle the 12+ hour flight though – maybe when he’s older and can appreciate Disneyland!

Agreed, it’s better when kids are older. I live in NY and have never been to times square and seen the ball drop!
